ngredients:
- 400gr ground pork tenderloin
- 2 bread baguettes( cut in two)
- 2 bread baguettes( cut in two)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon paper
- 2 teaspoon suger
- 1 thinly sliced carrots
- 2 thinly sliced cucumbers
- 2 onions and garlics, mashed
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- Lettuce and coriander.
- Chutnee
Method:
- Marinate the ground pork tenderloin with onions, garlic, paper, fish sauce and knead the ground pork into thin and long pieces after that fry on the pan.
- Mix thinly sliced carrots and cucumber, suger, vinegar or lemon juice, fish sauce, mayonnaise and garlic.
- Clean lettuce and coriander.
- Slit the bread baguettes lengthwise.Add fried pork and mixture of carrots and cucumber into the bread baguettes.
- Add lettuce and coriander and then spread chutnee on the bread.
Cook’s note:
- After adding all ingredients into the bread, you need toast them or fry on the pan so that bread is crisp.
- To use the ground pork tenderloin, so it is not tough to eat.
